Briefing Attorney Wanted (multiple Houston offices)
We’re a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a Briefing Attorney to assist our litigation department. The position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, assisting the firm’s litigation dockets. If you are looking for a professional work environment with a fair salary and great benefits, this is the job for you. Candidates must have strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Legal Research
- Perform legal analysis
- Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel’s motions
- Assist in Trial Preparation
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree
- Texas State Bar licensed
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong Research/Writing skills

Judicial Clerk/Law Review background a plus
